This policy explains what information Isaac's Sandlot (The Sandlots), 3685 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Chamblee, GA 30341, collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Chloe's Sandlot in Kennesaw is independently owned by another local family.
What we collect
- When you book or buy (play passes, parties, memberships, camps, drop-off, gift cards): your name, email address and phone number, the children you book for, and what you bought. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you sign a waiver: the signing adult's name and contact details, each child's name and date of birth, your answers to the waiver's questions, and your typed signature. Our insurance requires a signed waiver for every child who plays.
- When you email or call us: whatever you choose to tell us.
- When you browse the site: the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, roughly where you are (city level), and how you reached us, such as from a Google ad.
How we use it
- To make and manage your bookings and memberships, check you in, and send receipts, reminders and party details.
- To keep waivers on file for safety and insurance.
- To send occasional news and offers by email. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can unsubscribe here.
- To understand how people use our site and our ads, so we can improve them.
- To show our ads to people who have visited our site before (remarketing).
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:
- PlaySpaceBrain, our booking, waiver and customer system, which also sends our booking emails.
- Our payment processor, which handles card payments.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), which measures site visits and ad results and shows our ads.
- Cloudflare, which runs a small service that tells our booking page whether you already have an account. It keeps only a scrambled (hashed) form of your email address, not the address itself.
- Our website host, which stores this site and its visit logs.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.
Cookies and similar tools
This site and the tools above use cookies and your browser's storage. Some are needed for booking to work, such as your cart and sign-in. Others measure visits and ad results (Google Analytics and Google Ads) or let us show our ads to past visitors. Our booking page also remembers small conveniences on your device, such as which kids you booked for last time.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though booking may not work without them. You can turn off personalized Google ads at Google's ad settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.
Children
Our play is for children, but bookings and waivers are made by adults. We collect children's names and birth dates only from a parent, guardian or the adult bringing them, to book their visit and keep their waiver on file. Our website isn't meant for children to use on their own, and we don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking, payment and waiver records as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our insurance, tax and legal obligations. We remove email addresses from our news emails as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Some records, such as signed waivers and payment records, we may need to keep for insurance and legal reasons; we'll tell you if so. Email contact@isaacs-sandlot.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
Security
This site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
